RN Supervisor – What You’ll Do
As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role by:
Overseeing nursing staff and ensuring exceptional resident care
Delegating assignments based on staff skill level and resident needs
Providing mentorship, coaching, and ongoing clinical training
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, social services, and the full IDT
Managing emergencies and responding quickly to resident needs
Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Supporting a culture dedicated to quality care, respect, and compassion
Completing additional nursing duties to support overall operations
What We’re Looking For
Valid RN license in the State of Alabama
CPR certification
Minimum 2 years of LTC or related clinical experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Excellent assessment, communication & leadership skills
A compassionate, resident-focused nursing professional
