Nursing Assistant - Training CNA

• A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide more advanced care.
• You'll be mentored by experienced nurses to learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam.
• NA duties include a variety of tasks and are key players at the facility.

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening skills
• Excellent customer service, energized and compassionate
• Willing to obtain Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
• Bilingual is a plus

Start with us in an entry level position and have the opportunity to move up the clinical ranks, move into admissions or finance or even administration. Each move comes with an increase in compensation and recognition. NA/PCA → CNA → MAC/CMT → LPN → RN → RN Unit Manager
