– Key Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications and treatments
- Assist physicians and providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Communicate resident status updates to the RN Supervisor and clinical team
- Support residents with compassion and professionalism
- Perform additional nursing duties as needed to support the team
- Valid LPN License in the State of Alabama
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent clinical judgment & communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
