To attain goals, set objectives and ensure plans and policies are implemented for established ambulatory area(s) of responsibility with scope score range of less than 2 as defined in the UAB Medicine Nurse Manager Recruitment and Retention Plan. To ensure that the services provided are delivered within established quality and financial standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five (5) years of related experience, two (2) years of which are nursing leadership, required. Work experience may not substitute for education requirement.
• Current Alabama RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required based on clinic need, must be obtained within 6 months of employment if required.
