Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free‑standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community. • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current status as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
• One year of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Must have credentials to direct physical management of the patient and current CPR certification.
• New hires must attend 8‑day New Employee Orientation on day shift (8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, plus following Monday‑Wednesday).
• Must successfully pass background check, including criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, ABI/FBI fingerprint check, and drug screen.
