South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs to join our Evening Shift nursing team.

You'll provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents receive the care and attention they deserve.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Communicate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and support CNAs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

Qualifications

Current Alabama LPN license in good standing
Strong nursing and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team
Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply
