What You'll Do- Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Current Alabama LPN license in good standing
- Strong nursing and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team
- Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply
