We are a full‑service small animal practice committed to diagnostic accuracy and advanced medical procedures. You will be utilizing your full scope of skills, including various Surgical Procedures, to deliver timely and compassionate solutions for our patients. • Be the Director of First Impressions:
  You'll manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
  You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health:
  You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy:

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
