• Clean windows & gutters on both residential & commercial buildings
• Clean interior and exterior glass
• Work on ladders up to 32 feet
• Operate a power washer
• Ensure that all work equipment is in good working order
• Ensure that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with supplies
• Appropriately clean up & inspect after each job to ensure that there is no residue left behind

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A clean driving record
• Comfort with climbing ladders
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50 lbs
