The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property.

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Perform administrative tasks; manage resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and contributing to office upkeep.
• Market and outreach: implement annual marketing plan, conduct market analysis, and maintain product knowledge.
• Customer & resident relations: provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with on‑site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Move about regularly and ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and scaffolding; stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.; operate vehicles or golf carts; work in various environments, including outdoors, tight spaces, and hazardous conditions.

Salary Range: $16–$20 per hour.
