Vaco is working with a leader in commercial real estate
, specializing in property management and strategic asset growth. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support their operations and ensure seamless management of their portfolio. ONSITE - $55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day property management tasks, including lease administration and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests
    , work orders, and vendor services.
  • Conduct market research and assist in property evaluations.
  • Prepare and organize lease agreements, contracts, and financial reports
    .
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation
    .
  • Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support leasing efforts, including marketing materials and property showings.
  • Help with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    .
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
