Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time, in a fast‑paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

Bartenders are responsible for making exquisite drinks while creating an exceptional experience for guests dining at the bar with friendly and responsive service.

• Welcome customers, read and listen to people to determine food and beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take orders.
• Prepare scratch‑made mixers and garnishes.
• Recipe adherence.
• Check identifications to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Maintain a positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time‑management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink‑mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Maintain familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information.
• Communicate guest requests or complaints.
• Answer, report, and follow MOD instructions.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work.
• Complete tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience bartending Craft Cocktail and Wine knowledge.
• POS experience is a must.
• Ability to multi‑task.

This is an hourly position, with part‑time and full‑time positions available.

Pay range: $12-$25/hour (including tips)
