A leading camp food service provider is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef for summer contracts to oversee kitchen operations at camp locations across the United States. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of commercial kitchen experience and be comfortable with high-volume production and teamwork. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and creating a diverse menu with healthy, fresh options.
Exceptional candidates may enjoy a competitive pay range of $1300 - $1500 per week along with Room, Board, and Travel Expense Assistance.
