Retail Associate – Inventory (Part‑time)

Starting wage: $14.00‑$16.00 per hour. Opportunities to earn up to $5.00 hourly through productivity‑based increases.

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations (walking/standing for extended periods).
• Meet daily performance goals and earn wage increases.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience preferred in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles.
• No inventory experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• We encourage applicants with no degree, returning to work, military experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, using ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
