Job Title: Sales Associate
Overview: The Sales Associate (SA) role is responsible for running all “front of house” fitness studio operations The SA has a strong focus on a premier customer experience, as well as meeting sales expectations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. The SA is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer experience levels.
Job Duties Include:
Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective membersComplete all shift duties & cleaning tasks according to the daily checklistMaintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk areaResponsible for processing accurate credit card transactionsFollow up and follow through activities with all prospective clientsWorks closely with Coaches to ensure that processes are fulfilledResponsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programsAttend weekly team meeting & one marketing event per quarterHandle & resolve client account concerns/questionsJob Qualifications
Excellent customer service skillsPrevious sales experience with strong sales skills (experience working in a quota bearing role highly preferred)Solid verbal and written communication skills requiredAble to multitask and excel in a busy work environmentFunctional computer skills required – MS Office programs (Word, Excel), internet, computer program software useHealth and fitness minded requiredHigh school diploma requiredFlexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend hours as neededReporting Structure: Studio Leader
Performance appraisal: 30 Day, 60 Day, 90 Day, and then bi-annually
Compensation: $12-$15 hourly + monthly commission opportunities
