Previous fitness or sales experience required (boutique fitness preferred)

Strong phone skills—you’re confident, persuasive, and personable

Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, community engagement)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
