FULL COMMISSION SALES with COMPANY PROVIDED LEADS.... NO COLD CALLING

Great Day Improvements (GDI) has been a leader in the home improvement industry since 1966.

We are seeking In Home Sales professionals to join our successful team. Our consultants provide product presentations to homeowners and assist them in identifying the best exterior home improvement solutions.

Lead Generation

There is No Cold-Calling and No Prospecting for our sales consultants. You will be supplied with Pre-Set/Pre-Qualified appointments. Our rigorous pre-qualification process ensures we place our consultants in the best situation for success.

Compensation

Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate, performance bonuses, and incentives. Top performers typically earn $150,000 and beyond in their first year.

Learning, Development & Culture

We provide professional training, industry-leading product samples, and ongoing support to help you close sales. You will also have support from an experienced management team and inside sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize GDI’s proven sales presentation.
  • Negotiate and close the sale.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Build relationships quickly with customers.
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule and business needs.
  • Show the desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid directly based on your hard work and results.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; any additional sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
