AboutThe Role
Landing is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, grow, and build a successful career in Prop Tech Sales
. You’ll support and execute the full sales cycle for Autopilot
, Landing’s proprietary property management solution, targeting Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Operators across the U.S. You’ll rely and build upon your skills in prospecting and closing, and make a measurable impact on Landing’s growth.
- Full-cycle sales:
Outreach, discovery calls, and closing deals with guidance from senior team members when needed. - Prospect and qualify leads:
Research and reach out to potential partners through calls, emails, Linked In, and creative outreach methods. - Learn SaaS selling:
Position Autopilot as a technology‑driven solution to solve operational and revenue challenges for multifamily. - Meet clients:
Gain exposure to in‑person sales meetings as you build experience. - Manage pipeline and CRM:
Track activity, update deals, and forecast opportunities under guidance.

Base salary plus uncapped commission as you gain experience. - Industry exposure:
Work with a differentiated solution in the multifamily/Prop Tech market.
- Ability to work from our Birmingham office.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0–2 years of sales or client‑facing experience, ideally with some exposure to SaaS, tech, or B2B solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
