Lead Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and coachable Lead-Based Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role works from a steady flow of warm leads and follows a proven system supported by experienced leaders. Full training is provided, and long-term residual income offers strong earning potential.

• Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the company
• Collect customer data and enter it accurately into the system
• Prepare and submit sales forms and required documentation
• Help clients understand available options and choose the best fit
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records
• Meet weekly activity and performance goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

• Ability to pass a background check
• Phone, computer, and reliable Wi‑Fi
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and open to coaching
• Organized and able to follow a step‑by‑step sales process

• 1 year of sales experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
