Seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive new business in an assigned territory by prospecting, closing complex contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits
- Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services
- Develop tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM and track activities
- Achieve or surpass sales quotas monthly and quarterly
- Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related sectors
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
