You will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, initiating conversations, understanding business needs, and helping move qualified prospects through the business development process.

• Identify and connect with prospective clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers and partners
• Conduct outreach and introduce Skillbridge Academy's services and solutions
• Understand prospective clients' needs and identify opportunities where Skillbridge Academy can provide value
• Qualify leads and help move opportunities through the business development pipeline
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up conversations with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of communications, opportunities, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Develop a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy's services and value proposition
