We're hiring founding Field Sales Representatives—our Decision Performance Partners
—throughout Birmingham and surrounding territories. This is a full-time, in-person B2B field sales role for entrepreneurial people who want their earning potential tied to performance, not an occasional cost-of-living raise.

• $3,500 guaranteed minimum earnings during your first two full calendar months ($1,750/month).
• Performance bonuses and incentives.
• Modeled year-one on-target earnings: $85,000–$108,000 at expected production levels.
• Modeled long-term potential: $250,000–$500,000+ annually for exceptional performers over four to five years.

These projections come from our founder's commercial economic modeling, not a promise of individual earnings.

How the guarantee works: Each of your first two full calendar months carries a $1,750 minimum. If eligible commissions exceed that amount, you earn the higher amount. If they fall short, we cover the difference. It's a nonrecoverable draw
: no repayment and no deduction from future commissions.

. She engages prospects through SMS, voice, email, and supported social channels; handles inquiries, revives old opportunities, supports outbound prospecting, qualifies buyers, and books appointments directly on client calendars.
