Territory Sales Manager

The Account Executive drives overall retail performance, compliance, and growth across an assigned territory of Boost Mobile stores. This role resolves complex customer escalations, manages retail partner relationships, and consults directly with store owners to optimize business sales operations. By identifying new distribution points and aligning daily outreach with regional revenue goals, the position solves gaps in store accountability, team sales capability, and local market expansion.

• Drive sales performance and exceed territory quota objectives by consulting with store owners and implementing targeted growth plans
• Deliver field-level coaching, sales training, and side-by-side selling support to front-line sales representatives
• Maintain Boost brand standards and marketing campaign execution across all retail locations
• Utilize AI-driven territory analytics to identify potential new retail distribution points and optimize daily store outreach schedules
• Serve as the primary escalation point for retail store operations while managing external partner, internal team, and vendor relationships

• Strong skills in retail account management, sales strategy execution, and multi-location business development
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor front-line sales teams through active role-playing and direct field engagement
• Problem solving and quick decision-making expertise to resolve operational escalations during retail business hours
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively counsel store owners and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Strong time management and organizational skills to balance competing priorities across an assigned geographical territory
• AI literacy to leverage analytical tools for market evaluation, performance tracking, and sales forecasting

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent post-high school work experience
• Four years of sales or account management experience
• Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management experience
• One year of experience selling wireless products or services
• Valid driver’s license with three years of active driving history, completed driver safety training, and compliance with fleet safety guidelines

** Position includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals above base salary**
