As the Community Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Manager
, you will be responsible for developing relationships with businesses, healthcare organizations, hotels, schools, community groups, and other local stakeholders. You will serve as the face of zTrip in the market, helping increase awareness of our services, generate new opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships that support long-term growth.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, a proactive mindset, and a passion for connecting people with transportation solutions that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities of aCommunity Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Manager:Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community leaders.
- Serve as a community ambassador representing zTrip at networking events, industry gatherings, chamber meetings, and local functions.
- Build partnerships that promote awareness and utilization of zTrip services.
- Develop referral networks and identify opportunities to strengthen local engagement.
- Foster long-term relationships that support business growth and community impact.
- Identify new partnership opportunities across assigned markets.
- Develop customized transportation solutions that meet partner needs.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and outreach efforts with prospective clients and organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account development and service implementation.
- Assist in growing ridership, service adoption, and market presence.
- Promote zTrip's mission, values, and transportation solutions throughout the community.
- Support local marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Increase brand visibility through strategic networking and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a strong and positive presence within key community organizations.
- Represent the company professionally in all public-facing interactions.
- Research local business trends and community needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships.
