Concierge Security Officer – Birmingham, Alabama

Garda World Security Services is hiring a full‑time Concierge Security Officer to work the evening shift at a Birmingham office tower, hotel, or shopping center. The role centers on customer service, access control, and incident response.

• Shift: 2nd shift (2p.m.‑10p.m.) Full Time Monday‑Friday
• Competitive hourly wage $16.75 per hour (Daily Pay available)

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests
• Manage access control and conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions by phone or in person
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
• State license if required
• State license number 00276
