Our Alarm Operators are the first line of response when something goes wrong. You’ll help protect people, property, and peace of mind by monitoring emergency alarm signals and coordinating rapid response with Police, Fire, and EMS.If you’re calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and want work that actually matters, keep reading.
What You’ll DoMonitor and respond to fire, burglary, medical, and supervisory alarms
Follow clear procedures to dispatch Police, Fire, or EMS Communicate confidently with customers during urgent situations
Handle incoming and outbound calls with accuracy and professionalism
Support after-hours answering service and message routing
Document actions clearly and precisely

Schedule & Pay
12-hour shifts: 8am–8pm or 8pm–8amIncludes nights, weekends, and holidays (shared rotation)$15.00/hour Overtime available as needed Requirements
18+ with High School Diploma or GEDValid (driver’s license or state )Ability to pass a background check (licensing requirement)
Basic computer and typing skills
Able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
