Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM |
Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00/hour |
Pay Basis: Hourly

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, disciplined, and professional Security Officer Trainer to help develop and strengthen our security team. In this role, you will assign, deliver, and evaluate training programs for new and existing security personnel, ensuring officers are prepared to work safely, professionally, and in compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry best practices. This position plays a key role in building a reliable, well-trained security workforce.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of verifiable positive security experience in law enforcement, corrections, or military service
3 years of positive security experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State Security License and/or Instructor Certification
Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company-approved driver standards
Must be 21 years or older
