As an Apprentice, you’ll learn the trade step-by-step beside experienced technicians while gaining technical, mechanical, and customer service skills that open doors for your future.

• Assist with garage door installation, repair, and maintenance
• Learn troubleshooting of mechanical issues safely and effectively
• Perform safety inspections and follow industry best practices
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Document each job with basic notes and photos
• Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles organized and clean
• Support technicians and team members throughout daily operations
• Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and customers
• Grow from a learner to a skilled professional with opportunities for independence, higher pay, and leadership roles

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Mechanical curiosity — comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
• A positive, customer-first attitude
• Good communication skills and a team mindset
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or general labor is helpful—but not required

• $17–$19/hr starting pay
