MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive maintenance on gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• Complete required paperwork (parts order, work order, timesheet) promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and status.
• Use proper tools, including hand and power tools, for repairs.
• Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms.

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• If working with refrigeration, relevant experience and certifications/licensing as required by state.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

WORKING/

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

• Work flexible hours, including overnight/weekend shifts, to meet customer needs.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs frequently; more with assistance occasionally.
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing.
• Extensive travel to work sites, with possible weekend and night work.
• Exposure to hot grease and high-temperature environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 18 years old.
• Satisfactory background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license meeting safety standards.
