We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a HVAC Service Technician. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including but not limited to:
Packaged TU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps & motors.
** Responsibilities:*
* • Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building     Automation Systems, (i.e. Trane, Honeywell, JCI etc.)  
• Familiar with different manufacturers’ service software for VRF   systems (i.e. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu etc.)  
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited guidance from management.  
• Fill out service tickets and time sheets electronically (iPad) and send via email  
• Travel as necessary during peak seasons between Huntsville & Birmingham.
** Requirements:*
* • Minimum 5 years field service  
• Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening  
• Ability to pass MVR check  
• Ability to pass a physical ability test
