HVAC Service Technician​/Mechanic

We are currently seeking a service-oriented, reliable, hard-working, team-player to join our HVAC Team.

• Complete Preventative Maintenance tasks and inspections of HVAC equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment
• Reading of and understanding of control wiring for HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Comply with safety regulations

• 10 years minimum experience in installation and repair of Commercial HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and Commercial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of control and equipment sequence of operations
• Knowledge of package units up to 90 tons
• Previous Hospital experience is a plus
• Data room equipment experience (Liebert and Data Air) is a plus
• VRF installation and repair is a plus
• Communication and customer service skills
• Computer skills in using Microsoft office and/or iPad is a plus
• Clean driving record
• Limited travel may be required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
