Local Electrical Contractor is looking for Journey level commercial electricians for projects located in the Birmingham/Tuscaloosa, AL, area. These are long term positions. If you are looking for more than just a job, give us a call. Must be dependable, have good work history, and be able to pass a drug test.

Pay depends on experience. Benefits are available after 90 days, Please forward resume with salary requirements to  (secure fax) or email. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year electrical/construction work experience.

Job Requirements:

* This position is responsible for repairs, installation of the electrical systems

* Repair and install lighting and power distribution systems

* Perform new construction and renovations

* Perform electrical safety practices

* Insure work is done in accordance with the National Electrical Code and in a professional manner

* Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor

* Ability to perform all tasks of the electrical craft

* Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings

* Ability to withstand exposure to constant or intermittent high noise levels

* This position is required to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
