Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Structures Technicians to perform heavy structural maintenance, repairs, and modifications on commercial aircraft. This role offers competitive pay, stability, and long-term growth in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
Military candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Your sheet metal and structural repair experience in rotary- or fixed-wing aircraft (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard) is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities Aircraft Structures- Perform structural repairs, modifications, and heavy maintenance on aircraft frames and Said components
- Use blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings to complete repairs
- Install, remove, and replace rivets, fasteners, and panels with precision
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with FAA and company standards
- Accurately document work performed to meet regulatory and quality requirements
- Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in a hangar environment
- Work on structural overhauls, modifications, and retrofits
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to return aircraft to service quickly and safely
- Assist with urgent repairs for aircraft‑on‑ground (AOG) events
- Work efficiently under time‑sensitive conditions
- Required: 3+ Barre of aircraft structures experience (modification or repair)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with riveting, sheet metal fabrication, and precision fitting
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with urgency to meet operational demands
- Commercial aircraft experience (will consider military platforms)
- Experience in modification, repair, and heavy checks
- Familiarity with corrosion identification and prevention
Currently a day shift, Mon - Fri, but they may be adding a 2nd and 3rd shift (prefers candidates that are flexible on shift).

The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $45.00/hr.
