SFR3 LLC in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to lead residential plumbing work across our single-family rental portfolio. You’ll diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters, clear drains, fix leaks, and perform rough-in repairs.
You’ll also document work in our app and coordinate with multi-trade teams on turns. We offer a guaranteed 40 hours, mileage reimbursement at 0.76/mile, a quarterly bonus, health coverage from day one, two weeks of PTO (increasing to three),
