What you’ll take on Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs to manufacturer and dealership specifications

Collaborate closely with service advisors and the parts department to keep repairs moving

Proactively identify additional service opportunities and document findings

Accurately record all work performed, test results, and recommendations

Coach and support apprentice techs to accelerate their growth

Advance your craft through factory-sponsored training — fully paid and required; never out of your pocket

What helps you succeedASE certifications and/or OEM credentials (Master Tech, L3/L4, or equivalent preferred)
Strong diagnostic acumen and mechanical fundamentals

Experience with luxury or European brands (Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Volvo, etc.) is a plus, though strong core skills matter most Customer-first mindset and high CSI standards — quality over shortcuts

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compliance

Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
