Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for a full‑time Collection Support Associate to join our Collections team.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Support Courtesy Pay Administrator by contacting members by phone and mail regarding overdrawn accounts.
- Review reports to ensure appropriate account locking.
- Make and receive calls to members regarding delinquent checking accounts and loans, taking action to bring accounts current.
- Assist in documentation of collection activities, including insurance and total loss files.
Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
High school education or GED.
Health and dental insurance through BCBS of Alabama, company‑paid Life and LTD insurance, 401(k) with discretionary match, Cash Balance Defined Benefit Plan and Trust, 12 paid holidays, 12 vacation days, and 10 sick days. Standard hours Monday – Friday 7:45 am – 4:45 pm. Salary competitive.
