Job Summary:
The Therapeutic Associate is responsible for providing constant supervision and oversight of patients with diverse mental, emotional and/or developmental conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or behavioral science preferred. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Two years' experience preferred. Experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral/psychiatric or emotional issues preferred.
- Licensure, Certifications, and Registries: CPI certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (can be obtained at COA).
