.NET Lead Angular Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Lead Angular Developer with 5–10 years of experience in financial services technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full lifecycle software application management, including both internally developed solutions and third-party integrations.

This role requires leadership capabilities, technical expertise in .NET and Angular, and the ability to mentor and guide a development team.

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, particularly in Angular development.
• Collaborate across multiple locations and time zones to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and develop applications using the .NET stack, Angular (version 15–18), and microservices architecture.
• Work in an Agile environment using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Open Shift.
• Understand and implement API integrations and microservices-based solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment and work independently when required.

• 5–10 years of experience in financial services technology.
• Proven experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular (preferably versions 15–18), microservices, and API development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Azure Dev Ops and Open Shift.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams across organizational boundaries.

• Experience teaching or mentoring team members in Angular development.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level software development and integration practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively across roles and hierarchies.
