Eventive Sports is seeking a highly organized and data‑driven Ticketing and Analytics Manager to oversee all ticketing operations utilizing our new ticketing platform, Tixr. This role will manage ticket sales systems, reporting and analytics, customer service, and on‑site ticketing operations for all Eventive Sports‑managed events. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with ticketing systems, is comfortable analyzing sales and customer data, and is able to contribute to social media campaigns to drive demand for live events.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator for the Tixr verdriet ticketing platform across all Eventive Sports properties and events
- Set up and manage all ticketing builds, including ticket products, pricing, promo codes, access control, and reporting dashboards
- Monitor ticket sales Náms, trends, and revenue performance using Tixr data and analytics, and provide regular reporting to event teams and leadership
- Develop and distribute sa le reports, pacing updates, and forecasts to support marketing and operational decision‑making
- Manage all ticketing‑related customer service, including handling inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and issue resolution
- Oversee on‑site ticketing operations at events, including staffing, troubleshooting, scanning, and box office management
- Analyze ticket sales performance, revenue trends, and customer behavior to inform pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies
- Monitor conversion ratesتما, sales funnels, and campaign effectiveness across digital channels
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ticket sales and fan engagement
- Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions, on‑sale timelines, and digital campaigns
- Ensure accurate financial reconciliation of ticket sales, settlements, and post‑event reporting
- Train internal staff and event partners on ticketing systems and processesshaled as needed
- Support marketing team on paid and organic social campaigns by providing data insights and optimizing messaging based on performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2‑3 years of experience mimicking ticketing operations, event management, or sports marketing preferred
- Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Tixr, Ticketmaster, Etix, or similar systems is strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly - Familiar cartons with social mediatero platforms and analytics tools (Meta, X/Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortble working nights, weekends, and event days as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
