Warehouse Associate

* General warehouse operations
* Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection
* Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
* Stage deliveries.
* Store all product in designated location.
* Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
* Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
* Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork.
* Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
* Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
* Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
* May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
* Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning parking lot and entrance to building.
* Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
* Ensure cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping, and washing.
* Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal area, and recycling materials.
* Clean and sanitize product per Company standard operating procedure.
* Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
* Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
* Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
* Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
* Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
