Duties and Responsibilities
- Loads, unloads, checks and tallies tires to and from carriers [trailer trucks]
- Selects, packs, counts, marks, palletizes tires of customer orders and places in the assigned staging areas according to bin locator system.
- Checks and verifies accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting of tires for customer orders.
- May Operates order picker, pallet jacks, and other equipment in the execution of duties.
- Ensures safety guidelines are met in operating the equipment.
- Performs required counting, tallying and marking on related inventory control documents.
- Participates in cycle and/or annual physical inventories.
Ensures safety guidelines are met by the proper palletizing, re-palletizing, and restacking of tires. - Maintain compliance with procedures and policies
- Pay based on experience, frequent overtime, quarterly bonuses

- Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance
- Frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Proper placement of received products in warehouse
- Proper placement of shipping products in warehouse
Must be willing, and have the ability to, to operate all warehouse related equipment - Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Good safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
- Valid driver's license - in good standing
- Forklift license is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to being on time
- High School diploma or equivalent
