We began as a single practice in 2017 and have grown to over 65 practice affiliations with more than 400 doctors providing medical and surgical eye care services at 274 locations, including 26 surgery centers throughout Georgia, Michigan, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Alabama, South Carolina, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee and Louisiana.

This is an exciting full‑time opportunity for an Optometrist who wants to work in Michigan. The rapidly growing multi‑location, multispecialty practice seeks a dedicated Optometrist with strong diagnostic skills and a passion for delivering patient‑centered primary care. This role allows you to see patients with a wide variety of pathology and refractive needs, with a high earning potential. The offices are fully equipped with a full staff and an integrated EHR system.

• Strategic Management Partner to help onboard and maximize potential for success.

• Eligible for partnership after 1‑2 years for experienced hires and 2‑3 years for residents/fellows.
