We are seeking a skilled Civil/Site Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic Site/Civil Engineering team. This role provides the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, collaborate across various disciplines, and advance professionally in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

• Develop designs for site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures.
• Oversee project execution, including zoning approvals and land development permitting.
• Perform field inspections and conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses.
• Prepare detailed site plans, environmental impact assessments, and comprehensive project reports.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid‑level designers and analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in site and grading design, zoning, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.

• PE License.
• Experience with Civil 3D and Hydro
  
  CAD.
• Technical writing skills.
• Field experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, MI.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.
