We are seeking a skilled Civil/Site Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic Site/Civil Engineering team. This role provides the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, collaborate across various disciplines, and advance professionally in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Responsibilities- Develop designs for site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures.
- Oversee project execution, including zoning approvals and land development permitting.
- Perform field inspections and conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses.
- Prepare detailed site plans, environmental impact assessments, and comprehensive project reports.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid‑level designers and analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in site and grading design, zoning, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
Skills & Qualifications
- PE License.
- Experience with Civil 3D and Hydro
CAD. - Technical writing skills.
- Field experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.
