Job Description

• Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and assess the risk associated with each loan application
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and information for loan processing
• Utilize loan origination software, such as Quicken, to streamline the application and approval process
• Perform credit analysis to assess the likelihood of repayment and adherence to TILA regulations
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure smooth loan processing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in loan origination

• Proven experience in financial sales or a related field
• NMLS license required
• Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software for financial analysis purposes
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the client and the bank
• Ability to analyze creditworthiness and assess risk accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
