Investment Banking Analyst

A rapidly growing global investment banking firm is seeking a motivated Analyst to join its team. • Prepare, analyze, and interpret historical and projected financial statements.
• Build and maintain financial and valuation models.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction strategies.
• Assist in drafting offering materials, including confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
• Support marketing efforts through pitch preparation and buyer list development.
• Contribute to transaction execution, including data room management, client materials, and responding to buyer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, accounting, or investment banking preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
