Role OverviewThe Recruiting Operations Analyst will join Lorient’s Operations (OPS) team and work directly with the Vice President of Talent Acquisitions and portfolio company leaders. The role is hands-on and focused on front-end recruiting: sourcing, pipeline management, talent relationship marketing, and coordination.
You’ll manage sourcing campaigns across multiple searches, maintain and optimize tech stack, and drive process improvements that reduce time-to-hire across our portfolio.
Job Responsibilities- Source candidates across clinical, operational, and corporate roles for Lorient and its portfolio companies.
- Write and test outbound campaigns
, track open/reply rates, and other conversion metrics. - Keep ATS systems structured and up to date: remove duplicates, archive stale leads, and enforce consistent naming conventions.
- Build search filters, tags, and outreach triggers to automate rediscovery of previously engaged candidates for new roles.
- Monitor weekly funnel health
: identify where candidates drop off, where outreach is lagging, and where follow-up is overdue. - Support scheduling for interviews
, including high-volume multi-step coordination across internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external candidates. - Send confirmations, calendar invites, prep materials, and follow-up notes and resolve conflicts quickly (25+ interviews weekly will be standard)
- Track interview logistics in the ATS, update candidate status daily, and ensure no candidate is left waiting for next steps.
- Log and report on funnel metrics including time-to-contact, time-to-interview, and offer.
- Document playbooks for sourcing and coordination processes to ensure consistency as volume scales.
- 2 - 4 years in a sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent relationship management role.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter required).
- Comfortable managing multiple searches and thousands of candidate records across tools.
- Able to write concise, human outreach - and test what works.
- Track record of improving recruiting funnel metrics (e.g., reply rate, speed to contact, sourcing coverage).
