Clark Hill PLC is seeking a senior attorney with 6+ years of experience for its Corporate business unit in the Birmingham, MI office. This attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including merger and acquisition documents, governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, and compliance documents. This attorney will be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.

Candidates with strong business development experience is a plus. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to thrive in a team environment and strong academic credentials are essential.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $220,000+ annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
