Litigation Associate – Birmingham, MI

Overview

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of experience for its Litigation business unit in the Birmingham, MI office. The ideal candidate will have significant products liability experience. All candidates must have the following experience: trial preparation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and able to manage a significant portfolio of work for a high volume practice.

Solid leadership and interpersonal skills are also required. Strong interest in and knowledge of the hunting industry is preferred. Only candidates currently licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan or eligible for admission without examination will be considered. This position requires at least 3 days in office with some travel required.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 -$175,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
