OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and meet our stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate is a vibrant individual with a passion for patient care and excellent communication skills. This full‑time position is based in one of our clinics.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate clinical competency as an RN, including administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care.
- Effectively document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately.
- Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to physician patient retention by providing exceptional patient experiences.
- Complete other projects and duties as determined by Clinical Leadership Members.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Prioritize patient care and experience.
- Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus.
- Ability to identify problems and think creatively.
- Multitask effectively and respond promptly to patients and team members.
- Must sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8–12 hours).
- Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
