Registered Nurse (RN) – Full‑Time

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and meet our stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate is a vibrant individual with a passion for patient care and excellent communication skills. This full‑time position is based in one of our clinics.

• Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
• Demonstrate clinical competency as an RN, including administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care.
• Effectively document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately.
• Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
• Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to physician patient retention by providing exceptional patient experiences.
• Complete other projects and duties as determined by Clinical Leadership Members.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Prioritize patient care and experience.
• Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

• Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus.
• Ability to identify problems and think creatively.
• Multitask effectively and respond promptly to patients and team members.

• Must sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8–12 hours).
• Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
