Position
Junior Analyst – Real Estate Analyst
OverviewLippincott Real Estate Advisors is looking for a self-driven and energetic Junior Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities- Work with the company's investment brokerage team to prepare marketing presentations and financial models.
- Conduct market and industry research, review industry regulations, and learn the real estate brokerage business.
- Conduct investor due diligence management.
- Coordinate internal databases (Salesforce), collaborate with third-party providers, utilize Photoshop, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist on special projects as needed.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Access.
